What is provided when I purchase an ad?
How much time do I get for a video Interview?
- All interviews have a minimum of one hour in length. You can combine two credits for a two hour interview. You can have up to four people in each interview. We can accommodate additional attendees if required.
How long are my video interviewing credits good for?
- Your video interviewing credits expire after one year from the purchase date.
What do I receive for registering with Directional Drilling Jobs?
- You will be notified by email about all new directional drilling jobs that match your profile.
- Your profile consists of the countries you said you would work in when you register with Directional Drilling Jobs
- You will get access to the directional drilling jobs detailed information.
What are the technical requirements of my computer for doing a video interview with Directional Drilling Jobs?
- You need a minimum screen resolution of 800x600.
- You need a web cam.
- You need a headset with microphone.
- You will need high speed (broadband) internet access.

What happens if the person I am interviewing misses the interview?
- We book by time, and If you notify us by email immediately, we will try to reschedule the interview. Failure to notify us immediately will result in a completed status of your interview.
- There are no refunds for completed interviews!
What is your Privacy Policy?
What is your Video Interviewing Booking Policy?
- Our Video Interviewing booking policy is first come first served. If you need to reschedule an interview, we require 24 hour notice by email or fax.
Rescheduling Policy?
- From time to time, we will experience technical difficulties, if for what ever reason we can not deliver a scheduled interview to the participants, it will be rescheduled for the next time slot available

- You can register for Directional Drilling Jobs access if you are a directional driller.

When will I receive an invitation to my Interview?
- You will receive your first invitation between 24 to 48 hours before the start time of your interview.
- It will have a subject line of "Interview Invitation"
- The email will look like this;
Cancellation & Refund Policy?
- To cancel your job postings and or video interview, and be eligible for a refund, Directional Drilling Jobs.com must receive written notice within thirty days of purchase. Cancellations may be submitted by email or fax. Click here to send us Email, or fax (403-668-0239).
- Refunds for postings that were paid by cheque, or money order, are issued directly to the company in the form of a cheque. Refunds for postings that were paid by credit card will be refunded by credit card.
- If you wish to cancel a video interview prior to start. Cancellation must be requested 24 hours prior to video interview start.
- No refunds will be granted after job has been posted or video interview has begun.
- Non-attendance does not constitute notice of cancellation.
- Other restrictions and deadlines may apply.

- Directional Drilling Jobs.com uses third party software, and does not warranty, check for compatibility issues, or any other unanticipated computer problems the user may have.

Interviewer:
All of the interviews are private, and only registered participants will be allowed to join the session.
- Please complete the following at least 10 minutes before the interview starts;
- Make sure you have the most recent Macromedia Flash Player installed. Click here to install.
- Check your email for an invitation to the Interview. The subject line will say "Video Interview Invitation"(Some spam filters may block this invitation).
- Disable any pop-up blockers, and grant the software access through any firewalls.
- Make sure your web cam is hooked up and working. Check to see that your headset is hooked up.
- Click the link in the email to join the meeting.
- Click on HOST.
Interviewee:

- Click on Guest.
- Enter your name.
